| Yep, Quinoa, I think it's pretty much between you and Rue. You seem to be the only ones even trying to go back in. And looking at your votes, it makes it easy to choose where mine should go. But I'm giving it 5 minutes to see if anyone else steps up (doubtful). | |

My interest in games goes WAY down after I die even if I knew for sure that I could have been brought back or something I wouldn't have followed along. Besides Claire was pretty effing awesome for that short time we were working together. She's got this. | |

The Mutts will share a public lynch vote in The Arena. As long as you of them survives, so will your lynch. Needless to say, you won't be going down easily. If any Mutts are the last one or ones standing, you win the game. Let me know if you have any questions. | |

I was Claire btw. Mutt 1 and 3 who were you?
Oh, I guess I was supposed to be Mutt 1?
It doesn't matter to me, so long as I know who was who.

| Thanks Kelllly. I appreciate it.
b_j I just felt like all the work put in by my alliance was just thrown out the window when you removed everyones items. It seemed like it was an afterthought too. Otherwise why would someone's item (the berries) be about winning if in possession of one of the last 2 players. I started the damn game with a target on my head because you designed the game (ie the alliance) directly related to the book. Meanwhile the other alliance had Katniss who just couldn't be killed at all for 3 days. She barely even posted. I played my ass off MS painting pictures, writing poems, and wooing the spectators to gain powers to help my team win. Other than trying to kill unkillable players with the lynch, Claire and I were kicking ass with power usages. And lets not forget what a pain in the ass Holden was for us.
So why give away all the gifts? Why have us dance for the crowd? What was the point if you were just gonna throw us in a pit as if we were equals? I think it's bullshit that someone like Katniss or Foxface should outlive me. It's like at some point you looked at the way things were going and thought, 'Fuck it, I'm bored and the only way for me to be done with this is to put everyone back on the same playing field'.
I may have been the most powerful player but that's because I PLAYED a good game and not because the game mechanics were unfair and needed to be adjusted. What the hell did you think was gonna happen when you stripped everyone down and threw us in a pit together? I had zero chance of walking out of the cornucopia last night and you had to know that before hand.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
With that said. I fucking loved this game. I never had so much fun RPing in a game. The scavenger hunt was a blast. The interviews were dope. And playing without anyone knowing who I was...that was THE BEST PART! I may be annoyed by the way things went down in the end but it honestly doesn't take away from how amazing this was. I hope we can continue to have games like this. Thanks to everyone who made this possible. | |

| Where do we vote for our lynch?
We have no offensive or defensive abilities individually or as a group beyond the separate lynch vote? Is that right?
Are we still allowed to communicate in here separate from the main board? Would you like us to keep those communications in a specific thread?
I keep thinking wolf rather than mutt, sorry. Too much Twilight I guess.

I keep thinking wolf rather than mutt, sorry. Too much Twilight I guess. In the main Arena thread. The only thing you need to submit is your lynch, but you each have heightened natural defenses, No. The point of the Mutts is to put fear (and your conversation) in The Arena. So...if it's easier...I can set you back to only being able to post there. But that's what I'm looking for. | |

Katniss wasn't the other alliance leader. - Cato wrote:

You certainly were and you were fantastic. - Cato wrote:

You didn't lose all your gifts. The names of the gifts were changed to simplify the backpacks but the tasks they performed were the same. Unfortunately, I can't go into any more detail than that for now. But please believe that the efforts of the scavenger hunt were not for nothing. - Cato wrote:

It absolutely is. - Cato wrote:

While I get where the assumption is coming from because it's Jon and he does that, you're incorrect. The feast game mechanic has been in the game since the beginning. Almost every twist in this game was planned out and thought through from the start. - Cato wrote:

Several people got screwed this game by things outside of their control. But that is unfortunately a main theme of the Hunger Games and was part of the game's design. - Cato wrote:
